I completed my first year of Master's in Chemistry and Biology at the University of Nantes, which allowed me to acquire a double chemistry and biology knowledge and strengthen my knowledge about the life cycle healthcare products. During this year, I conducted my research internship in the PAnTher laboratory under the direction of Prof. Marie-Anne Colle where I studied the effects of neuromuscular junction denervation on muscle fiber in Pompe disease.
Then, for my second year of Master, I completed the Master of Medicine and Health Products Sciences at the University of Nantes within the Généthon (Evry). I was able to work on Duchenne's myopathy to study the impact of high doses of viral vector injection (AAV) on the heart. I also worked on gene transfer optimization to limit cardiotoxicity, under the direction of Dr. Isabelle Richard, head of the "Progressive Muscle Dystrophies" team.

Since 2023, I have been a PhD student at UMR703 PAnTher where my thesis project LYSAUMI is an interdisciplinary and patient-centred approach that deals with the effects of enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) on the physiopathology of the skeletal muscle in Pompe's disease: with a specific focus on satellite cells and autophagy.
