Joining PAnTher, you will integrate a young and dynamic multi-disciplinary team that values cohesion, kindliness and well-being in the workplace.

Research 

PAnTher’s research, widely recognized for its excellence, is dedicated to the understanding of the pathogenesis of dire genetic diseases of the muscle and nervous system, and to the development of innovative therapeutic strategies. Our approaches rely on the complementarity of highly trained veterinarians, researchers and engineers working in synergy, cutting-edge expertise in animal models and cell & tissue phenotyping, and state-of-the art equipment.

Training

Our team will support you in the acquisition of fundamental and applied knowledge and skills as well as train you to use cutting-edge tools. Our lab will also take in charge fees for external training courses depending on your wishes and needs.

Environment

2 hours from Paris and 45 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean (Pornic, La Baule), Nantes is a beautiful city of history, culture and nature. Elected European Green Capital in 2013 thanks to its strong and continuous environment policy, our city has been recognized for several years as one of the most pleasant french city to live in. Our lab, accessible via public transportation, is located in the Chantrerie Park near the Erdre River (the most beautiful river in France according to king Francis I), an ideal spot between a dynamic city and a peaceful countryside.

Nantes is also a city of science and innovation. PAnTher benefits from its implantation within Oniris Veterinary School and from its close proximity to the many research teams of several Engineering and Business Schools implanted on the Chantrerie campus. PAnTher has been involved in long-term fruitful relationships with highly reknowned medical research teams from Nantes University involved in regenerative and translational medecine.
